1. The stable blue indicator lightindicates that the machine starts normally.
2. The blue indicator light keepson during operation,indicating thatthe machine is running normally.
3.The red indicator flashes slowingindicates that the battery is low. Please charge the machine.

1.Check whether the battery is completely discharged before use.
2. If the machine cannot be turned on after connecting the charger or fully charged.
(1) There is a chance that machine cannot power on if the mahine is not used for a longtime. In this case, please order a new battery in our shop to replace it.
(2) Please contact cusomer support to for futher trouble shooting if the battery cannot be switched on after replacement.

1.Stop the machine, check whether the machine is jammed with other objects.
2.Wipe the surface of the sendor of water detection and restart the machine. Check below image to find the sensor of water detection.
3.Contact with customer support to replace the accessories if above trouble shooting is not working.

Please note that during the charging process,there are two status indications on the indicator light on the machine. White light flashing indicates that it is in charge and white light keeps on indicates full charge.

1.Check whether the water outiet is blocked by sundries in the machine,and check whether the filter is too dirty
2. It is recommended to dean it manually first,and then use the machine for daily maintenance.
4.After using the machine every time,it is recommended to charge the machine.
